Here’s what happens between clicking Place Order and stalking the delivery truck from your front window.

MADE FOR YOU, NOT PULLED FROM A DUSTY SHELF

Many Innerslut.com products are made or printed specifically for you after you order. That means we don't necessarily grab your shirt off a dusty warehouse shelf, throw it in a bag and send it running.

Most orders require approximately 2–7 business days for processing and production before shipping.

Processing time and shipping time are separate.

During holidays, promotions, launches or unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times and shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has finished processing and shipped.

Estimated delivery dates are exactly that: estimates.

Carriers occasionally encounter weather, holidays, mechanical problems, staffing issues and whatever other chaos the universe has scheduled for Tuesday. Innerslut.com cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When tracking is available, we'll send your tracking information after your order ships.

Tracking systems sometimes take a little time to update after a shipping label is created, so don't panic if your package appears to be sitting in another dimension for the first day or two.

ORDERS MAY ARRIVE SEPARATELY

Because products may be fulfilled from different locations, items purchased together may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

You will not be charged additional shipping simply because we divide your order into multiple shipments.

CHECK YOUR DAMN ADDRESS

We say that lovingly.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please check your name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state and ZIP/postal code before submitting your order.

If you discover an error, contact us immediately.

Once an order has entered production or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

Orders returned because of an incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address may require an additional shipping charge before being resent.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If tracking appears unusually delayed, contact us and we'll help determine what happened and what options may be available.

Carrier delays are outside our direct control, but leaving you staring helplessly at tracking information isn't our idea of customer service either.

MARKED DELIVERED BUT NOT THERE

If tracking says your package was delivered but you can't find it:

Check around the delivery location, mailbox and any less-obvious places a carrier may have left it. Ask household members or neighbors and contact the carrier when appropriate.

Innerslut.com is not responsible for theft occurring after a carrier confirms delivery, but contact us if something doesn't look right and we'll help you figure out the next step.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM

If we sent the wrong thing, your product arrived damaged, or there is a manufacturing defect, that's different.

Contact us as soon as reasonably possible with:

• Your order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photographs of the item

• Photographs of the packaging when relevant

We'll review the issue under our Return & Refund Policy and work to make an eligible problem right.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Where international shipping is available, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage charges and similar fees imposed by the destination country may be the customer's responsibility unless checkout specifically states otherwise.

Customs can also delay packages.

Apparently borders make T-shirts complicated.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Because many products begin production shortly after an order is placed, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

If you screwed something up, contact us quickly. We'll try to catch it before production does.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love what you ordered.

But sometimes shit happens.

Because many Innerslut.com products are made to order, our return policy works a little differently from a traditional retail store.

CHANGE OF MIND / WRONG SIZE

Unless otherwise stated for a particular product, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, selected the wrong color or decided your ex doesn't deserve the hoodie after all.

Please review product descriptions and available sizing information before ordering.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Misprinted

• With a manufacturing problem

• Or materially different from what you ordered

contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs showing the problem.

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer an appropriate remedy such as a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

DON'T SEND IT BACK WITHOUT TALKING TO US

Please contact us before returning anything.

Returning an item to an address printed on the package without instructions from us may result in the return being rejected or lost.

That would suck for everybody.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible.

Banks and payment processors control how quickly the credit appears after we issue it, so additional processing time may be required.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from our error, a defective product, or another circumstance where applicable law requires otherwise.

SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Unless otherwise stated, promotional pricing does not automatically change whether an item qualifies for a return.

Any special return restrictions applicable to clearance, final-sale or limited products will be disclosed before purchase.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy eliminates any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

We put a lot of work into making sure what you see on Innerslut.com is a fair representation of what you're buying.

But screens, fabrics, printing methods and actual human bodies are not standardized machines. So here's the important shit.

MADE TO ORDER

Many Innerslut.com products are made or printed specifically for you after you place your order.

This helps us offer more designs without maintaining a giant warehouse full of shirts waiting around for somebody to love them.

Because production may begin shortly after purchase, made-to-order products may have different cancellation, return and exchange restrictions than traditional retail merchandise.

PRODUCT IMAGES & MOCKUPS

Some product images displayed on Innerslut.com may be digital mockups or styled representations used to show how a design should appear on a finished product.

We make reasonable efforts to represent products accurately, but the final item may have minor differences in:

• Color

• Print placement

• Print size

• Fabric appearance

• Texture

• Garment construction

• Other normal manufacturing characteristics

Minor variations do not necessarily mean a product is defective.

COLOR DISCLAIMER

Your phone, tablet, laptop and monitor all have their own opinions about what red looks like.

Screen brightness, display settings, photography, lighting and manufacturing variations can cause colors to appear slightly different in person.

We cannot guarantee that your screen displays every product color perfectly.

SIZING

Please review the available size information before ordering.

Sizing may vary between garment manufacturers, styles and product types. A medium in one shirt is not legally obligated to behave like a medium in another because apparently the clothing industry collectively decided consistency was boring.

When available, use the measurements provided for the specific product rather than relying only on the size printed on the tag.

Ordering the wrong size generally does not qualify as a manufacturing defect.

FIT

Words such as fitted, relaxed, oversized, unisex, men's, women's, slim or similar descriptions refer to the general cut or intended fit of the garment.

Actual fit depends on body shape, measurements and personal preference.

They're clothes, not fortune tellers. We can describe the fit. We cannot predict exactly how you'll feel wearing it.

PRINTING

Our products may use different printing or decoration methods depending on the garment, design and fulfillment provider.

Small differences in print position, dimensions, saturation or appearance may occur during normal production.

A slight manufacturing variation is not automatically considered a defect.

Significant printing errors, damage or defects should be reported according to our Return & Refund Policy.

GARMENT & MATERIAL VARIATIONS

Product blanks, materials or manufacturing details may occasionally vary due to supplier availability.

When substitutions are necessary, we aim to maintain comparable quality, style and function.

Material composition and other important product-specific information will be displayed on the applicable product page when available.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Follow the care instructions provided with the garment or on its product page.

As a general rule, printed apparel tends to live a happier life when washed gently, inside out, with similar colors and without being subjected to unnecessary heat.

Damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, bleaching, alteration or other misuse is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Your dryer choosing violence is unfortunately outside our jurisdiction.

NORMAL WEAR & TEAR

Clothing is meant to be worn.

Normal fading, stretching, pilling, cracking or other deterioration caused by repeated use, washing, friction, age or improper care is not considered a product defect.

LIMITED EDITIONS & DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS

Some designs, colors, garments or collections may be limited, seasonal or discontinued without notice.

If it's gone, it may come back.

Or it may disappear forever into the Innerslut graveyard.

We're dramatic like that.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Products displayed on the website are subject to availability.

Occasionally an item, size or color may become unavailable after an order is submitted because supplier inventory can change quickly.

If we cannot fulfill an ordered product, we'll contact you when appropriate and provide an available replacement option or refund for the unavailable item.

We will not substitute a materially different product without your approval.

PRICING & PRODUCT ERRORS

We try to keep product descriptions, prices and other information accurate.

Occasionally humans or computers fuck something up.

If we discover a significant pricing, description or technical error affecting an order, we may contact you to correct the issue or cancel and refund the affected item when permitted by applicable law.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If something genuinely went wrong, we want to know.

Contact us as soon as reasonably possible if your product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or materially different from what you ordered.

Include your order number, description of the problem and clear photographs showing the issue.

Eligible claims will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

DESIGN & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Purchasing an Innerslut.com product gives you ownership of the physical item you purchased.

It does not transfer ownership of the artwork, graphics, logos, photographs, written content or other intellectual property appearing on that product.

Love it.

Photograph it.

Make your mother question where she went wrong.
