We want you to feel good about what you ordered. If something’s off, here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns (Size or Change of Mind)

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • No signs of use (including odors, stains, or damage)

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Once approved and received, you may choose:

  • An exchange, or

  • Store credit

Refunds are not issued for standard returns.

Exchanges (Wrong Size)

Need a different size?

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Item must be in original condition

  • Customer pays return shipping

  • We cover shipping for the replacement item

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos

We’ll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund if a replacement isn’t available.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Clearance items

  • Mystery or blind-bag items

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Damaged or defective items (if replacement is not possible)

  • Orders canceled before production begins

  • Situations where required by law

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How to Start a Return or Claim

Email support@innerslut.com with:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return/refund

  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll review and send instructions.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we can help guide you through filing a claim.

  • Final sale items: no returns
