Made-to-Order Products
Many Innerslut.com products are printed or produced after an order is placed.
Because these products are made specifically for your order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or substantially different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving it.

Wrong Size Ordered

Exchanges

If a return is authorized, return instructions will be provided.

Unauthorized Returns
Products returned without authorization or sent to an incorrect address may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
The return address may differ from the address shown on the original shipment, particularly when an order was produced through a fulfillment partner.

Lost or Missing Packages
Issues involving packages that are lost in transit, marked delivered but not received, or otherwise affected during shipping are also subject to our Shipping Policy.
